The compilation is based on 24,971 reviews of 48 brands from respondents coming from 209 countries from all over the world. This data has brought us valuable insights on how people within the industry perceive not only the quality of brands\u2019<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">products and services but also their interaction via media and other sources of information and channels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through a set of 15 questions, we wanted to find out how customers from all around the world see the heavy machinery manufacturers, what are the things that matter the most to them, how the brands chose to interact with their clients and what the brands needs to improve in order to maintain the trust of their current customers and gain many new ones.
