In the first part, we focused on the construction and lifting sector and prepared a complex report providing insights on 18 brands in total. The compilation is based on 24,971 reviews of 48 brands from respondents coming from 209 countries from all over the world. This data has brought us valuable insights on how people within the industry perceive not only the quality of brands’ products and services but also their interaction via media and other sources of information and channels.
Through a set of 15 questions, we wanted to find out how customers from all around the world see the heavy machinery manufacturers, what are the things that matter the most to them, how the brands chose to interact with their clients and what the brands needs to improve in order to maintain the trust of their current customers and gain many new ones. Besides creating a communication bridge between the most important players in the machinery industry (brands and their clients), therefore, LECTURA BrandSurvey is a winning tool both for the audience and the brands.
